After creating the "rubber band" letter forms, the next step was to create an achromatic, abstract and unique piece with those letters, whether that is their outline or full form. Each letter was required to be used at least once in each piece and cannot be skewed, distorted, or cut.
The final step to this project was to create and apply a color palette that resembles the four-lettered word. In my mind, ENVY represents desire. It could represent many feelings of desire, good and bad. The colors I used were yellow, yellow-green, green, and green-blue (which are of the analogous color scheme) . They are a great example of ENVY as many people envy others who have riches and wealth, which are associated with these colors. The task in this step was to apply these chosen colors to their specific achromatic state. A dark color could not be applied to a lighter achromatic object.
