Stieg Larsson

This project was about illustrating covers of a famous author's books. I chose the author Stieg Larsson. Stieg Larsson was a Swedish writer and activist who published Millennium series of crime novels which brought him huge international acclaim. The object of this project was to illustrate the covers in a way that doesn't spoil or tell the story and what it's about. My interpretation of these three books was the mysterious dark theme that they portrayed. Something that I've loved was Rorschach inkblots. They are mysterious and can be seen as anything the human mind imagines. Each inkblot is different for each book, and they can either be seen as what the title describes, or something completely different.
